Assam Signs €50 million pact with French

A delegation from French Development Agency (AFD) led by Ambassador of France to India Emmanuel Lenain on Monday called on Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal at Janata Bhawan in Guwahati.

During their visit, an MoU between the Government of Assam and AFD worth €50 million was signed to support the State Govt's initiatives to restore Assam's ecosystem and preserve rich biodiversity.
