Baksa: Home Guard Dies By Suicide

A homeguard died by suicide on Sunday at Baksa police station.

A homeguard while on duty shot himself by a service gun. The deceased has been identified as Arup Medhi.

It is suspected the Medhi took such a drastic step, due to ongoing family-related issues.

High-ranking police officials were present at the incident site.
