Body of Sanjay Orang was recovered on Tuesday in a joint search operation carried out by a team of SDRF and NDRF divers from the bottom of Dikora river.
Sanjay Orang was washed away by the flood water of Dikora river on last Sunday near Itakhola.
Even though the SDRF and NDRF teams immediately launched an operation in quest of his body, however, success eluded them for the past two days and they recovred the body on Tuesday from bottom of the river.
It has been known that the deceased Orang is a resident of Sootea's Nagshankar or Teliya village.
His body is now being kept in the custody of Itakhola police.
