District administration of Bongaigaon has issued prohibitory orders on the plying of autos and tempos in the district for the next five days with effect from July 10 after two auto drivers tested positive for COVID-19.
Earlier, the administration has called for the closure of auto service for five days from July 4 which has been extended for another five days from today.
The administration has also closed the Railway market after a barber tested positive of the virus.
A notification issued from the DC's office added that the sources of the said cases couldn't be found, making the situation more alarming.
