Cattle syndicate: Dhubri police obstructed by Kokrajhar Police

In a shocking incident, a team of Dhubri police was obstructed by Kokrajhar Police at Simalutapu area under Kokrajhar district. The Dhubri Police team was investigating cattle syndicate that has been going on in the State.
