Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Monday reviewed the progress in the repairing work of the old Saraighat bridge over Brahmaputra river and expressed confidence that the bridge would be opened for public in the month of June, this year.
He also called on the construction company officials to provide technical knowledge and required manpower for completing the bridge within time (Deadline June 20, 2019).
Sonowal ordered the concerned agencies to work in three shifts.
