Controversy erupts in Latasil Bihu Sanmillani after the declaration of the prestigious title 'Bihu Samragyi 2019' as some contestants assumed that the judges were biased.
The Guwahati Bihu Sanmillani, also known as Latasil Bihu Sanmillani organized the much coveted Bihu Samragi competition on Wednesday.
Nilam Dulakakharia from Lakhimpur has won the prestigious title of Bihu Samragyi 2019. The title of Bihu Rani 2019 was bagged by Niharika Saikia from Dibrugarh, whereas the title of Bihu Kunwori was won by Nibedita Bora from Dibrugarh.
