Crackdown on illegal labs in Morigaon

After several reports aired in Pratidin Time, Morigaon District Health Department along with police and magistrate on Saturday conducted surprise raids on bogus laboratories that come under the district.

Based on the complaints received from local residents, Pratidin Time had exposed the illegal medical laboratories in the district.

After the raids, health department has directed to take necessary action against such establishments which were operating in violation of rules, norms, laws and without licenses or being run by incompetent persons in the district.
