Dima Hasao | Locals surround 3 people on suspicion of child abductors, Army jawans to the rescue

In another similar incident across the state recently, three individuals were surrounded by locals in Dima Hasao district on suspicion of child abductors.

The three persons, who were in a vehicle with registration numbers of Uttar Pradesh, were surrounded by locals near Mahur Railway Station on Thursday morning.

On-duty Army jawans nearby saw the situation and rescued the three individuals from the mob.

The rescued persons are presently at the Mahur Army Camp.
