Drugs Seized in Sarthebari

In an operation launched by Sarthebari police against drugs, police seized brown sugar, intoxicated tablets and cough syrups.

The drugs have been seized from Kukar Par in Sarthebari and police alsoapprehended one Faridul Haque who smuggled the tablets.

Police also recovered cough syrup and intoxicated tablets from thehouse of one Mahidul Islam. Islam, however, is absconding.
