Elephant Safari at KNP Opens for Tourist

The Elephant Safari in Kaziranga National Park has been opened for tourists on Friday. The Director of the park P. Shivkumar today opened the elephant safari of Kohora Range with 12 elephants at 5.15 am.

Along with the elephant safari of the Kohora Range, the elephant safari of the Bagori Range has also been started.

Moreover, the elephant safari of Burhapahar Range will be open for tourists from November 6.

Shivkumar said that the tourists will be able to enjoy the scenic beauty of the park through Jeep Safari, Elephant Safari, and riverways. He also said that the tourists could also enjoy the breathtaking view by walking from Sirakhowa camp to Baneswar.

The Directorfurther informed that the Ambassador of France will also visit the park onNovember 3.
