A large quantity of explosives, including gelatin sticks, detonators was recovered from Markulin Digar village at Lakhipur in Cachar.
The Lakhipur Police-led by SDPO Anurag Sarma has recovered a total of 34 pieces gelatin sticks, 24 pieces detonators from the custody of a resident. Police have arrested an youth in connection with this case.
The squad searched the house and managed to recover the explosive elements.
