Fire breaks out at Garigaon

Adevastating fire broke out at Garigaon area in Guwahati in the wee hours of Thursday.

Thefire broke out at one Jikir Choudhury's house and within minutes, the fire engulfedthe house.

However,the fire brigade managed to rescue people from the spot. There have been noreports of causalities so far.

Reportedly,properties worth Rs. 5 lakh gutted in the fire. The cause of the fire is stillunknown.
