Afire broke out in the engine of the Guwahati bound Jan Shatabdi Express while itwas approaching the Kampur railway station on Wednesday evening.

Officialssaid the smoke started billowing out of the engine. There was commotion withpassengers trying to deboard.

However,the reason behind the fire is yet to be ascertained.
