Ganja recovered in Karimganj, two arrested

Karimganj Police has recovered six large packets of Ganja weighing more than 50 kg from the counter of Blue Hill bus service.

The police arrested two individuals, who have been identified as Maya Rajput and Siraj Ali, in relation to the contraband.

"The consignment was being brought from Agartala and supposed to be delivered in Guwahati. The market value is more than lakh" an official informed.

Further investigation is being conducted.
