Tokeep the streets of Guwahati clean, the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC)has come up with a new idea.
GMC has asked the citizens to send pictures of people throwing waste openly on the roads of Guwahati instead of GMC-provided dustbins. Interestingly, GMC has also announced that the sender of such pictures will be awarded Rs. 500 prize money.
