A racket of Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) smugglers has been arrested by Dispur Police from a lodge in the city.
In this case, three accused were arrested initially and FICN was recovered from each of them.
It was also revealed that FICN was being pumped by these racketeers in various parts of the state including Guwahati.
