Guwahati: 6 Cartons Of Foreign Cigarettes Worth 5 Lakh Seized

Police on Friday evening intercepted a pick-up truck and seized six cartons containing foreign cigarettes in National Highway 37 near Basistha.

Sources say the foreign cigarettes are worth 5 lakh on the market.

The driver of the pickup truck along with another occupant was arrested. Investigation is underway.
