Guwahati likely to host 3 IPL matches next year

The Barsapara cricket stadium in Guwahati is likely to host the Indian Premier League (IPL) matches next year.

If everything goes according to the plan then Guwahati may host three IPL matches next year, sources said.

Last season also ACA stadium, Barsapara was selected as possible venue by Rajasthan Royals as well as KKR for their few home ties. However the city narrowly missed the opportunity on that occasion.
