In the recent development, three persons have been held guilty and sent to lifetime imprisonment by the Hojai Session Court on Friday in connection to the tragic 2009 Habibur Rahman murder case.
The three accused who have been sent to prison are namely Habijur Rahman, Saidur Rahman and Sahidur Rahman.
It may be stated that the tragic incident took place at Jajari block in Kaki.
