Hima on GQ magazine cover

Hima Das has been featured as the cover girl in the prestigious GQ India magazine in its October cover.

The fifth Arjuna Award winner player from Assam was also conferred the Young Indian of the Year Award by GQ India recently

She has been under the spotlight after her outstanding performances in the Athletics arena of the country recently. She won one gold and two silvers at the recently held Asian Games in Indonesia.

The Dhing Express created history by winning the gold medal in the women's 400 metre event at the IAAF World U20 Championships in Tampere, Finland registering a time of 51.46 seconds and becoming the first Indian athlete to win gold in a world championship across all age groups.
