Hooch seized amid Rajen Gohain’s meeting

In the middle of Union MoS for Railways Rajen Gohain's programme in Lumding, the Excise department conducted a raid at Lumding railway junction and seized more than 70 liters of illicit liquor from the junction premises.

The officials destroyed the seized liquor at the very spot.

Minister Rajen Gohain was attending a meeting in the Lumding railway junction premises during the operation against hooch.

Meanwhile a case has been registered regarding the seizure.
