Just days ahead of Assam elections, actress Jerifa Wahid has formally joined the Assam Jatiya Parishad (AJP) along with a number of eminent personalities in Guwahati today (Monday) evening.

Party chief Lurin Jyoti Gogoi was also present on the ceremony.

Wahid was in Raijor Dal before she quit the party and joined AJP.
