Jorhat on Tuesday reported 2nd death of COVID-19. The deceased has been identified as Talebuddin Ahmed of Titabor.
Ahmed was under treatment at Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH) ICU and succumbed to the disease in the wee hours on Tuesday.
He was also suffering from a heart ailment for long and recently infected with COVID-19 after which he was admitted to JMCH.
