Woman Beheads Husband In Assam's Jorhat, Surrenders To Police

In a shocker from Assam’s Jorhat district, a woman allegedly beheaded her husband and later turned herself in at the local police station.

The incident occurred at Heelikha tea estate in Mariani. Sources revealed that the woman used an axe to carry out the beheading. The motive behind the escalation is yet to be established.

Following the act, the woman reportedly went to the local police station and surrendered.

The deceased has been identified as Sujit Rabidas.
