Kampur reeling under artificial floods

A heavydownpour has inundated Kampur Town. The Kampur-Baithalangso PWD Road has alsobeen submerged.

Theaccumulated rainwater has flooded several residences and commercialestablishments.

Accordingto reports, the premises of the Kampur Railway Station has been filled withknee-deep water.It has been allegedthat the artificial floods have been caused due to the uncleaned and cloggeddrains. Simultaneously, allegations of not constructing the drainsscientifically.
