Kaziranga Reports First COVID Death

Kaziranga has reported its first coronavirus death today.

The deceased identified as one 40-year-old Dwipen Gogoi succumbed to the virus at Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH).

Gogoi hailed from Kaziranga's Geleki area.

Despite of receiving plasma therapy thrice, Gogoi failed to combat COVID-19.

It is not known yet if Gogoi had any comorbidity.
