KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi blames Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the rising cost of goods.

Modi's administration has so far made no significant adjustments to decrease the rising cost. – He added.

"Prime Minister Modi has failed to deliver on the promises made to the country. The rupee has never has been weaker in 70 years of independence," – said a KMSS agitator.

"Narendra Modi is silent, he has not spoken a word on rising prices of fuel," he added.
