Kokrajhar: One dies of COVID-19

A coronavirus victim passed away on Tuesday in Kokrajhar.

The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Dilip Kumar Roy. Roy was an associate engineer in the irrigation department.

Roy was already diagnosed with a number of diseases, including high blood pressure and diabetes. After his death, a rapid antigen test confirmed of COVID-19 detection. The deceased offered his services at a quarantine centre.
