Miscreants attack police near Jorabat

In a sensational incident a group of miscreants attacked police on Wednesday night at 9th Mile, Jorabat. The group of miscreants, travelling in a vehicle, attacked on duty police officials and absconded from the scene in no time.

Travelling in an alto, the group of miscreants attacked police officials including constable Shiva Kumar Singh during regular check-up by the police. The attack left the constable with serious injuries and likely to be off the front line duties for a few days.

Meanwhile, police launched search operation to nab the miscreants.
