Newly Married Wife Commits Suicide In Lakhimpur

A newly married wife has committed suicide in Lakhimpur today.

Identified as Deepa Baruah, she was married to Manoranjan Nath on July 1. Although a team of SDRF has started a search operation, it hasn't found the body till the writing of this report.

As learnt, Baruah jumped off from the Subansiri bridge at around 1 in the afternoon.

Baruah hailed from Noali, Thekeraguri.
