Addressing to media Dekasaid, "I informed the entire matter to the Home Secretary during the UPAgovernment."
As a few political leader, Police official and the top ordered officials also involved in this racket, so I demanded for a neutral inquiry by National Investigation Agency (NIA) in this regard.
