One injured as bikers open fire in Dhubri

Aperson sustained serious injuries after two motor-cycle borne miscreants openedfire at him in Sagalia under Dhubri district on Friday evening.

Identified as Safiyal Haque, the victim has been admitted in the Dhubri Civil Hospital immediately after the incident.

Meanwhile, police reached the spot in no time following the incident. "The reason behind the attack is yet to be ascertained," said a police official.
