Pradyut Bordoloi attacks CM Sonowal and Patowary

NagaonMP Pradyut Bordoloi on Tuesday attacked Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowaland Assam Minister Chandra Mohan Patowary. Addressing the media in New Delhi,the Congress MP said that Sarbananda Sonowal is directly involved in the coalsyndicate in the State and termed Patowary as the biggest liar in the State.

"The CM visits Tinsukia every fortnight. He himself takes care of the coal-syndicate," said Bordoloi. He alleged that every month there has been more than Rs. 300 crore of coal-smuggling going on in Upper Assam. Bordoloi further said that around 80 coal miners have died so far in those coal-fields. "CM himself involved in the coal-syndicate, so we demand a CBI inquiry to the matter," said Bordoloi. "There has been massive deforestation in 11 reserve forests of Assam," he further added.

Slamming Assam industry Minister Chandra Mohan Patowary, the Congress MP said, "Patowary is a historic liar. He was involved in several scams in the State. He claimed that there was Rs. 1 lakh crore investments in the State following the Advantage Assam, but all the industries were established during Congress tenure of Congress."
