Protest in Duliajan blocks OIL vehicles, employees, officials

The nativeunemployed staged a protest against the Oil India Limited (OIL) in Duliajan andblocked plying of its light-heavy vehicles.

The protestwas held in Mohmari-Kathalguri-Ushapur area.

Not onlyvehicles, but official-employees were also blocked from entering the OILpremises.

Accordingto reports, Motor Works Union prevented the native unemployed people fromsupplying vehicles even after being tendered for it.

Police andOIL security forces have been deployed in the area to prevent any threat to lawand order situation.

OIL had tobear a massive amount of loss due to the protest.
