Rainfall to continue in parts of Northeast

Heavy shower on the card for Northeast India

As per latest Skymet Weather reports, rainfall shall continue in Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Tripura during the next 48 hours.

Light rain at scattered places may also occur over Arunachal Pradesh during the same time.

Squall and lightning strikes are also expected to continue along with rainfall. Hilly regions are expected to observe pleasant and cool weather conditions.

It may be mentioned here that Northeast India has been recording continuous rains since the beginning of pre-Monsoon season.
