TheGeneral Manager of IPL team Rajasthan Royals (RR), Jake Lush McCrum, onSaturday visited the Assam Cricket Association's cricket stadium at Barsapara inGuwahati. During his visit to the stadium, McCrum expressed satisfaction overthe infrastructure of the stadium.
Praising Riyan Parag, the youngster of IPL cricket from Assam, McCrum said that the entire RR family is happy with the performance of Parag. Notably, RR is continuously in search new venues across the country. Earlier, Barsapara hosted two international matches on 10 October 2017 between India and Australia and on 21 October 2018 between India and West Indies.
Meanwhile, addressing a press conference along with McCrum, ACA president Debajit Saikia and vice-president Parikshit Dutta said that the association will organise the Inter-District Cricket tournament from May 27.
