Rajnath Singh and Sarbananda Sonowal to discuss over NRC

Amid all the protests and agitations against the Citizenship Amendment Bill, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal will sit for an important meeting in Delhi on May 30.

This meeting has been scheduled to discuss upon the matter of National Register of Citizens (NRC).

Director General of Police (DGP) Kuladhar Saikia, the Chief Secretary of Assam TY Das and NRC Assam coordinator Prateek Hajela will also attend the meeting.

The meeting is scheduled at 11 am.
