RPF jawan attempted to rape woman in train; detained

In asensational incident, a Railway Protection Force (RPF) jawan allegedlyattempted to rape a woman inside a train on Tuesday.

Accordingto reports, PR Shukla, who hails from Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh, attempted torape a woman, who was travelling from Lakhimpur to Rangia with a friend in 55896Murkongselek – Rangiya Passenger.

Later,locals in Udalguri Railway Station thrashed the RPF jawan and the woman lodgedan FIR at the Udalguri Police Station. Police detained the RPF jawan regardingthe incident.
