Mastermind of SI recruitment Exam scam Kumar Sanjit Krishna has been sent to 6 days judicial custody on Wednesday by Chief Judicial Magistrate court. He will be produced in court again on October 27.
On the other hand, another accused Joydeep Baruah has also been sent to 6-days of judicial custody while Suraj Sarma has been given 1-day judicial custody by the court. All the three accused has been sent to different jails.
Suraj Sarma has been sent to Goalpara jail while Kumar Sanjit Krishna has been remanded at Guwahati Central Jail and Joydeep Baruah at Marigaon jail. They have been sent to different jails for security purpose.
Moreover, the CJM court also rejected the bail plea of Krishna. The bail plea has been rejected by the bench of Debashish Saikia.
The advocate of Krishna will again move to court seeking bail plea of the former Karimganj SP.
