Sivasagar: 8 new COVID-19 cases reported

In a latest update, eight persons have tested positive for the coronavirus infection on Monday in Sivasagar district of Assam.

The COVID-19 cases in the district are gradually increasing.

A police staff of the Sivasagar police station has also been infected with the virus.

So far, the district has reported 29 confirmed cases out of which 26 has recovered. The active cases now stand at 8.
