Tensedsituation arises in Sivasagar, after a police constable died on Tuesday night.The family members of the constable alleged that Sivasagar SP harassed himrecently and he died following intimidation.
According to the allegations, 50-year-old Police constable Paramananda Yeyin was admitted to a hospital after Sivasagar SP Amitabh Sinha punished him as he was involved in a clash with the leader of a local organisation. Later his health deteriorated and he breathed his last on Tuesday night.
Followinghis demise, family members of Yeyin demanded justice and alleged that he diedfollowing the harassment of SP Sinha.
