Taekwondo players Rodali, Dipika get financial aids from Assam govt

Two Assam taekwondo players – Rodali Barua and Dipika Hazarikawill be representing the Indian team at the World Taekwondo Championships,2019, which will be held at the Manchester Arena, in Manchester, Great Britainfrom 15 to 19 May.

The Sports and Youth Welfare Department today forwarded a financialaids of Rupees 1 lakh and 70 Thousand to both the players to ensure no stone isleft unturned in giving their best at the upcoming event.

The World Taekwondo Championship is held every two years by theWorld Taekwondo.
