The Assam Police is on high alert as a terror plot by Hizbul Muzahideen during Durga Puja has been revealed by the dreaded militant Kamruz Zaman in the interrogation. The Superintendent of Police of every district has been sent a emergency order to be in touch with the Puja committees. The Puja committees have also been asked to install Close Circuit cameras security measures. Specially trained security personnel will be appointed in every district, said a senior Assam police official.
Earlier today, the dreaded Hizbul Mujahideen cadre Kamruz Zaman was bought to Hojai. The Assam police interrogated the militant in which he made many shocking revelations.
He revealed how Youths from Assam and all over India are connected to the militant organisations through social media. He also revealed that many youths have already joined the militant group through social media.
