Three doctors of Mangaldoi Civil Hospital test positive

In a shocking turn of events, three doctors of Mangaldoi Civil Hospital in Darrang district on Monday have tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).

The three doctors Jadumoni Kakoti, Harjyoti Deka and Binod Kalita have been infected with COVID-19.

Harjyoti Deka and Binod Kalita are doctors at the maternity and child care unit of the hospital. Every day, a sizeable number of pregnant women and newborn babies come in contact with both the doctors. This has raised concerns among the medical professionals and patients of the hospital.
