In a sensational incident, two women from Assam have been recovered from Nagaland on Sunday morning. Both of them were reportedly missing since the day of Mahashivratri.
Sakhi one-stop centre has recovered them with the help of Nagaland police. The girl hailed from Guwahati, while the woman was a resident of Tezpur town.
They were being taken to Nagaland with assurance of employment, but ended up being sold into human trafficking rings.
