Udalguri: Pressure groups protest against rape

Several pressure groups on Thursday demonstrated protests for immediate justice for the rape and murder of a teacher in Udalguri District.

A teacher was raped and murdered on Tuesday in Kailagaon.

The Udalguri District Students Union formed a human chain and submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner of Udalguri.

Meanwhile, members of the State Employee's Association and Bajrang Dal also protested against the heinous crime.
