Youth dead in Tezpur Medical College

A youth identified as Babul Das has been dead in Tezpur Medical College on Saturday.
Reportedly Rakhyasmari police had arrested Babul on the allegation of a theft. It has been alleged that, police had been brutally beaten babul when he was in police custody.
