At least five labourers were killed in a terror attackin Kulgam district in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. According to J&K police,labourers were believed to be from West Bengal and were working as daily wagers.

Meanwhile, the security forces have cordoned the areaand a massive search operation has been launched in the area. Additionalsecurity forces have been called in, informed J&K police sources.
One more person sustained serious injuries during theincident.
The incident came on a day when a delegation ofEuropean Union MPs is visiting the Kashmir Valley to assess the situationon-ground after the abrogation of Article 370.
