The Baramulla Police on Wednesday had busted a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) unit and arrested four terrorists involved in killing three civilians.
North Kashmir Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Sunil Kumar informed the press that the police also arrested six overground workers and confiscated a huge cache of arms and ammunition and other equipment.
One of those arrested was an active terrorist Bilal Ahmed, who recently joined the organisation
The DIG said that during the investigation, it was found that one Nadeem alias Abu Osama was operating the entire unit.
The LeT has been reportedly active in igniting tension in North Kashmir.
